Terms of Service

Sintra Studio lets you turn written scripts into produced podcast episodes using AI-generated voice narration, music, and publishing tools. The product is under active development; features, availability, and pricing described on the site are subject to change before general availability.

You're using a pre-release product. Episodes, voices, and other data may be affected by bugs, downtime, or changes as we iterate. We recommend keeping your own copies of scripts and source material you care about.

You retain ownership of the scripts you write and upload. You grant us the license needed to process that content (for example, sending it to a text-to-speech provider) in order to generate your episodes and operate the product.

You're responsible for the content you submit — including that you have the rights to publish it and, where applicable, the rights to any voice you clone.

If you use voice cloning, you must only clone voices you have the legal right to clone — your own voice, or a voice you have explicit permission to use. Cloning someone's voice without their consent, or using generated audio to impersonate, defraud, harass, or mislead people, is prohibited and grounds for account termination.

You also agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or violates applicable synthetic-media disclosure laws in your jurisdiction.

Pricing shown on the site during the beta period is planned pricing, not a current bill — nothing is charged automatically during private beta unless we tell you otherwise. Waitlist members will be offered founder pricing at launch under terms we'll communicate before any charge.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, including the acceptable-use rules above.

The service is provided "as is" during the beta period, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Sintra Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
